Biking and Brotherhood

The Black Pistons MC are a brotherhood and not a criminal organization. We are a group of men united to ride, and have fun. We have families, jobs, and responsibilities just like everyone else and although the media like to portray us as being criminals, the truth is we share a common goal of enjoying life to the fullest.

The first chapter of the Black Pistons Motorcycle Club was born in Germany at the beginning of 2002.

Daytona Bike Week, March of 2002 and a club called Satan’s Syndicate in Columbus, Ohio became the first in the USA to patch over to become the Black Pistons MC Columbus, with a second chapter opening in Deltona, Florida very soon after. Today there are Black Piston chapters all across the world.

On September 6th, 2016, Justice Joseph Henderson (Ontario Superior Court of Justice) confirmed what we have long maintained when he ruled that the Black Pistons are not a criminal organization. The story outlining the findings from Project Resurgence can be found and Justice Henderson’s ruling can be found. As part of the pre-trial hearings for that same case, Justice Henderson also ruled that one of the members of the Ontario Biker Enforcement Unit, Robert McCleary, who represents himself as an expert witness with respect to the Outlaws and the Black Pistons was NOT, in fact, qualified to be an expert witness with respect to the Black Pistons. The outcome of the pre-trial motion can be found.
